Privacy notice

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Draft under legal review. This text describes what the product does today, but a lawyer has not reviewed it yet. Items marked [CONFIRM] are still to be defined.

We explain what data we collect when you use PropLync, what we use it for, who else sees it, and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible

The party responsible for your data is [CONFIRM] (legal name and address). For anything about privacy, write to hola@proplync.mx.

What we collect and why

  • Your conversation with Concierge (what you say or type). It is used to build your brief. The conversation itself is not stored.
  • Your approved brief (budget, area, must-haves, purpose, timeline), your name, your email, your language and the date you consented. They are stored only if you approve it, so Scout can search and we can contact you.
  • Your account: your email (by code or with Google) and your credit balance and movements.
  • Contact and access requests: name, company, email, WhatsApp, type of operation and message. They are used to reply to you.
  • Messages you send to an agency from a property (name, email, phone, message). That agency receives them.
  • Email and phone you leave when you download content from the generator.
  • Searches on the site: an anonymous record of filters and number of results, with no name, email or IP address.
  • Your IP address, only to limit abuse: it is the key of a temporary counter that is deleted when its time window ends.
  • Visits and key actions (for example, starting a conversation or approving a brief): our own anonymous log with the page, the action, a random id that lives only in your browser tab, your language, the campaign tags of the link and the referring site. It does not include your IP, name or email.

Your voice

When you talk to Concierge, your voice note is sent to an outside transcription service (Groq) and we do not keep it. How that provider handles it: [CONFIRM].

The text of the conversation is processed by NVIDIA and Groq language models to answer you. We never ask for ID, CURP or bank details. When you approve your brief and Scout searches for properties, the approved brief (budget, area, must-haves, purpose, timeline and your country of origin, if you gave it) and your language are sent to an Anthropic language model to research listings on the web. Your name and email are not sent.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. Your name is shared only with the agent you choose, property by property, when you ask us to introduce you.

We use technical providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (hosting), Groq, NVIDIA and Anthropic (language and transcription), Upstash (usage limits) and Resend (email).

Some of these providers are outside Mexico. Countries and safeguards: [CONFIRM].

How long we keep it

Retention period for each item: [CONFIRM]. You can ask us to delete your brief and your account at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the use of your data (ARCO rights). Write to hola@proplync.mx and we will answer within the period the law sets ([CONFIRM]).

Cookies and browser storage

PropLync does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps only what the site needs to work: your language, whether you want spoken replies, your brief while you sign in, and your account session.

We measure visits and key actions with our own anonymous log, with no cookies and no third-party tools. We respect the Do Not Track signal and Global Privacy Control: when either is on, we send nothing. How long we keep this log: [CONFIRM].

Minors

PropLync is for adults. [CONFIRM]
