PropLync agencies, portals and agency sites. The same property listed in several places becomes one card, with every price shown side by side. Each result is labelled unverified until it is confirmed.

For each property you ask about, a person confirms the five questions with whoever holds it. What does not pass is hidden, and every result shows whether it is unverified, requested or confirmed.

We introduce youYour call

You pick the ones you like and we introduce you straight to the listing agent. Your name is not shared until that moment, and only with the agents you choose.

Free to start. Credits after that.

Concierge is free, and so is your first search. After that, searches and verification requests use credits. Nothing is searched until you approve your brief.

What we do not do

  • We give no legal, tax or financial advice. On the fideicomiso and closing costs we tell you what we know and send you to a professional.
  • We do not sell the property or represent the seller. We introduce you to its agent, and that is where our work ends.
  • We do not invent facts. If something is not in the source, it stays blank and we ask the agent.
  • We do not share your name with anyone until you say so, property by property.

The Concierge conversation and your first 5 searches are free. After that, searches and verification requests use credits.

How long does it take?

The Concierge conversation takes as long as you like, and you can stop and pick it up later. Verification depends on the listing agent's response time.

What if I don't find a match?

You can refine your brief and search again. Searches use credits after the first one.
